Rehab Specialist - Full-Time Coastal Chiropractic & Wellness | Madison, CT About Us Coastal Chiropractic & Wellness is a chiropractic office dedicated to helping patients recover, move better, and feel their best. We're growing our team and looking for a Rehab Specialist to join us full-time. About the Role We're looking for someone with a physical training background OR Physical Therapy Assistant to lead patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation protocols alongside our chiropractic care team. This is a great fit for a personal trainer, strength coach, or fitness professional looking to move into a clinical/rehab setting — no prior chiropractic experience required, we'll train you on our specific protocols. What You'll Do Guide patients through prescribed rehab exercises and corrective movement programs Monitor patient form, progress, and tolerance during sessions Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Work closely with the chiropractor to align rehab plans with treatment goals Maintain a clean, organized, and motivating rehab space Track patient progress and communicate updates to the care team Assist with light front office duties as needed (check-ins, scheduling, answering phones, etc.) What We're Looking For Physical trainer experience required OR Physical Therapy Assistant (personal training, strength & conditioning, athletic training, or similar) Strong understanding of exercise form, biomechanics, and progressive programming Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude Comfortable working one-on-one with patients of varying ages and abilities Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Relevant certification a plus What We Offer Full-time, consistent schedule (M, W, Th 7:30am - 6pm, Tu 12pm-6pm, Fri 7am - 10am) Hands-on training in rehab-specific protocols Opportunity to grow within a supportive healthcare team Eligible for PTO after 90 days How to Apply Send your resume to officemanager@drmirante.com or apply directly through Indeed.
