The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and comfortable working directly with patients. This position requires the ability to multitask, assist with patient flow, and occasionally help answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed. Responsibilities Welcome and guide patients throughout the clinic Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after each patient Assist the physical therapist with supervised exercise activities Help patients safely transition between treatment areas Support smooth and efficient patient flow Clean and organize treatment tables, equipment, and clinical areas Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments as needed Assist with basic administrative tasks when necessary Communicate effectively with patients and clinic staff Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned Qualifications Able to communicate in both Korean and English Friendly, dependable, responsible, and punctual Comfortable interacting with patients of different ages and physical abilities Able to multitask and adjust to changing clinic needs Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Comfortable answering phone calls and using a computer to schedule appointments Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills preferred Previous clinic experience is preferred but not required Training will be provided Students interested in physical therapy, healthcare careers, or those seeking relevant clinical experience or internship hours are encouraged to apply.
