Job Overview ProCare Wellness Institute About the Position ProCare Wellness Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to join our growing neuropathy treatment program. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care and would like to work in a specialty medical environment rather than a traditional high-volume physical therapy setting. Neuropathy experience is NOT required. We will train the right candidate on our treatment protocols and equipment. What You'll Do As part of our neuropathy care team, you will work with patients experiencing peripheral neuropathy, including numbness, tingling, burning, pain, weakness, balance issues, and decreased function.

Responsibilities may include:

Provide treatments according to established clinical protocols Operate therapeutic and neuromodulation equipment after training Perform therapeutic exercises and functional activities as directed Assist with balance, mobility and lower-extremity rehabilitation Monitor and document patient response to treatment Educate patients regarding their treatment program Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising clinician Maintain accurate clinical documentation Help create a comfortable, encouraging patient experience Who We're Looking For Strong patient-care and communication skills Comfortable learning new treatment technologies and protocols Dependable, organized and professional Experience with orthopedics, rehabilitation, pain management, geriatrics or neuropathy is helpful but not required Why Join ProCare?
