Physical Therapy Technician (Aide)•Pre-Physical Therapy Opportunity Are you passionate about rehabilitation, sports medicine, and helping people move better? Elam Sports Oʻahu is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Physical Therapy Technician (Aide) to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for students preparing to apply to Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs who are looking to gain meaningful observation hours, clinical experience, and exposure to the daily operations of a busy outpatient orthopedic practice. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will work alongside experienced Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Massage Therapists, and our Administrative Team while learning about patient care, rehabilitation techniques, and the profession of physical therapy. If your goal is to become a Physical Therapist, this role provides valuable experience and mentorship to help prepare you for PT school. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a physical therapy, sports medicine, or medical clinic setting preferred Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or a related field Strong interest in pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist preferred Excellent reliability, attendance, and work ethic Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment About Elam Sports Oʻahu Located in Kapolei on the west side of Oʻahu, Elam Sports Oʻahu has proudly served our community since 1999.
