Physical Therapy Aide / Front Desk Specialist (Part-Time → Full-Time)

Pro-Active Physical Therapy of McCall, PA is hiring a friendly, detail-oriented team member to handle front desk responsibilities and support the clinic as a PT aide to keep the schedule running smoothly. Responsibilities (Front Desk) Answer phones, return messages, and provide excellent customer service Schedule/reschedule patients and manage a busy clinic calendar Check patients in/out; collect copays and provide receipts Insurance verification/eligibility and communicating benefits (training provided) Support authorizations/referrals tracking and documentation workflows Maintain accurate patient information and clinic communications Responsibilities (PT Aide / Clinic Support) Prepare rooms and equipment; help keep visits on time Clean/turn over spaces and equipment per clinic standards Stock supplies, laundry, and general clinic organization Qualifications Strong communication and a calm, professional phone presence Good computer knowledge (Apple/Mac experience preferred) Fast learner able to pick up scheduling/EMR software Organized, dependable, and detail-focused (accuracy matters with scheduling/insurance) Able to be on your feet and handle light-to-moderate lifting (supplies/equipment) Benefits & perks Paid holidays + PTO (prorated as applicable) Health insurance after 6 months of employment (for full time) Reimbursement for qualified coursework that benefits our office How to apply Email resume + cover letter to proactivept@frontiernet.net.
