Looking for morning/afternoon availability Preferably Monday through Friday from 7am - 3 pm Starting in
August Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, and possess strong time management skills. Experience with exercise program or their own physical therapy Willingness to complete various admin tasks including billing, collections, email correspondence and social media Experience or willingness to complete social media schedule Preferrably with CPT or CSCS certification
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares patients for treatments, assist during administration of treatments, and provides routine treatment Assists patients practicing exercises and functional activities under the direction of professional staff Cleans work are and equipment after treatment and maintains tidy environment May inventory and requisition supplies and equipment Assists with answering phones and scheduling appointments Assist with keeping track of both non-medical and medical supplies for the clinic Files paper work and communicate with doctors as needed Assist with social media scheduling and posting Complete other admin tasks as needed
