Job Description
Physical Therapy Aide — Lakeview Unbroken Rehab & Athletics | Chicago, IL Full-Time | 30-40 hours/week | In Person Thank you for your interest in this job posting. Unbroken Rehab & Athletics is a growing physical therapy and recovery practice built around one simple idea: physical therapy is the beginning of the relationship, not the end. We work primarily with active people—fitness athletes, weekend warriors, runners, and current and former athletes across a variety of sports. We currently have four locations throughout the Chicagoland area, and our growth has been driven largely by word of mouth. Our model is different from a traditional high-volume clinic. We provide one-on-one care, prioritize the patient experience, and take the time to build real relationships with the people we work with. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that. Who We're Looking For This position is an especially good fit for a recent graduate, or post-baccalaureate student who is considering graduate school in healthcare —whether that is physical therapy, occupational therapy, medicine, athletic training, physician assistant studies, or another healthcare profession. (If you are not one of the above, don't worry. We'd still love to meet you if you're truly interested in this role) You don't need to have everything figured out. You do need to be curious, personable, hardworking, and willing to learn. This role will give you an opportunity to see what happens behind the scenes of a healthcare practice while working directly alongside physical therapists and interacting with patients every day. You'll learn how a clinic operates, how clinicians communicate with patients, what excellent patient care looks like, and what it takes to create an environment where people actually want to come back. If you're considering a career in healthcare, this is more than a job—it can be an opportunity to learn the profession from the inside. What You'll Do As a PT Aide, you'll help keep the Lakeview clinic running smoothly and contribute to the overall patient experience.
