StretchClub — is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Oswego, IL . StretchClub combines chiropractic care and one on one Stretch Therapy to get our patients the best results. This role is listed as PT Aid , but our real focus is stretch therapy . You'll receive on-the-job training in our proven protocols, developed by clinicians with over 20 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Learn and apply stretch therapy techniques and basic rehab exercises through our training program. Guide clients through their stretch sessions and help them perform movements safely and effectively. Encourage, motivate, and support clients so they achieve great results. Maintain a clean, safe environment by keeping equipment sanitized and organized. Qualifications Experience in a healthcare clinic is a plus (personal training, coaching, PT aide, group fitness, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a welcoming, positive environment for all clients. Passion for connecting with people and helping them reach their goals.
