This is an active, hands-on position that involves working directly with patients throughout their care. Responsibilities Guide patients through prescribed stretching, mobility, and strengthening exercises Demonstrate exercises and monitor proper form Follow rehabilitation protocols established by the doctor Set up and operate spinal traction equipment Administer therapeutic ultrasound and electrical stimulation after training Track completed exercises and therapies Communicate patient progress, difficulties, or concerns to the doctor Prepare treatment areas and equipment Clean and sanitize tables and equipment between patients Help patients remain comfortable, motivated, and consistent with their care plans Maintain a safe and organized rehabilitation area Assist with general patient flow and clinical-floor responsibilities as needed Kinesio taping knowledge and experience The Right Candidate Will Be Friendly, encouraging, and comfortable working directly with patients Interested in exercise, rehabilitation, movement, or healthcare Able to clearly demonstrate and explain exercises Attentive to proper technique and patient safety Dependable, organized, and able to follow established protocols Comfortable learning therapeutic equipment and clinical procedures Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and demonstrate exercises throughout the shift Able to maintain patient confidentiality Experience in physical therapy, chiropractic care, athletic training, personal training, exercise science, kinesiology, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. This position works under the direction of the treating doctor and does not independently diagnose patients or develop treatment plans.
