Role:

ISR Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated, hard-working, and compassionate individual willing to be a team player at our Elmwood location. We are a privately owned physical therapy clinic, treating a range of musculoskeletal problems, including low back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, work-related injuries, and sports injuries. This full-time position (M-F, 8-5) is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while growing your career in a supportive, hands-on clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and modalities prior to patient sessions Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities under therapist supervision Monitor patient comfort and safety during treatments, reporting changes to the PT Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, equipment, and supply inventory Assist front-desk support as needed Build positive, encouraging relationships with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude Ability to stand, lift, and assist patients with mobility for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
