Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Marketing/Chiropractic Tech, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences and supporting clinical operations. This energetic position combines marketing outreach with hands-on chiropractic assistance, ensuring patients receive exceptional care while promoting our practice's services. You'll be at the forefront of patient engagement, clinic promotion, and clinical support, helping to create a welcoming environment that fosters healing and growth. Duties Assist chiropractors with patient intake, ensuring all necessary documentation and medical history are accurately recorded Support patient care by preparing treatment rooms, handling manual transfers, and assisting with physiotherapy exercises under supervision Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere strictly to privacy regulations during all interactions and documentation processes Promote clinic services through engaging marketing activities, including social media updates, community outreach, and educational events Manage patient transfer methods safely using proper techniques for inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute care settings Support rehabilitation care efforts by helping patients with mobility exercises and monitoring progress during therapy sessions Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting patient information or communicating with healthcare providers Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse client populations Practicing in a physical therapy or chiropractic role with hands-on experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation settings Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care and rehabilitation Experience in hospital or outpatient environments, including acute care, inpatient, outpatient, or sub-acute care settings Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely while assisting patients or moving equipment Familiarity with patient transfer methods, post-acute care procedures, and physiotherapy techniques CPR certification and understanding of hospital medicine protocols to ensure safety during all procedures Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality while managing sensitive health information effectively Join us in making a difference by providing compassionate care combined with proactive marketing efforts.
