Oshun Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health provides physical therapy services for women with pelvic dysfunction, including but not limited to: pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, voiding dysfunction, constipation, obstetric changes, back/hip/pelvic girdle pain. Our Mission is to guide the healing process by integrating evidence-based, specialized treatments to improve function and decrease pain. We empower patients with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to lead a healthy lifestyle free of dysfunction that they can utilize throughout their lifetime. We are looking for an outgoing, dependable individual to assist in the day to day clinic management under the direct supervision of a physical therapist while maintaining a clean work environment. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of two of the following shifts weekly: 2-8PM Tuesday, 8-3 Wednesdays and 7am-11am Thursday.

Physical Therapy Aide Job Responsibilities:

The role of the physical therapy aide is to support the physical therapist as they manage patient care. Aides follow established protocols and procedures to set-up treatment rooms and to prepare for upcoming treatment sessions. They oversee clinic and inventory organization to maintain a safe and clean environment for the clinic?s clientele. As needed they will be asked to help with reception and front office duties. They play a vital role in developing a welcoming and comforting environment for patients through friendly and open communication. Aides are also required to comply with the clinic?s core values. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient therapy environment Greet and bid farewell to all patients in a friendly and courteous manner Clean treatment tables, equipment and surfaces and keep supplies stocked Requires various forms of physical effort such as standing, squatting and bending Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Maintains physical therapy supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and reporting the needs to the Owner.
