Job Description

Physical Therapy Aide / Rehab Technician (Pre-PT Track - 9-12 Month+ Commitment) Concierge Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide who is passionate about helping people and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Schedule need is:
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday afternoons 3:30-7:30pm. At CPT, we believe great care extends beyond the treatment itself. Our aides help create the welcoming, organized, and relationship-driven environment that sets Concierge Physical Therapy apart. You will support our clinicians, assist patients with exercises, and help keep the clinic running smoothly from arrival through departure. This opportunity is ideal for someone pursuing a career in physical therapy, exercise science, athletic training, or another healthcare field. Candidates with experience in athletics, personal training, hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Support physical therapists in carrying out established treatment plans Guide patients through assigned exercises and reinforce proper form under clinician direction Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment Welcome patients and contribute to a warm, five-star experience Assist with scheduling appointments and basic front-desk responsibilities Anticipate patient and clinician needs throughout the day Help manage the daily flow of the clinic Communicate professionally and follow through on patient and team requests Protect patient privacy and follow all clinic policies and procedures What We're Looking For A genuine interest in helping others A hospitality-first, customer-service mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependability, initiative, and attention to detail Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work collaboratively Comfort working in a fast-moving, patient-centered environment Interest in physical therapy, anatomy, physiology, fitness, or healthcare Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Experience Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales Athletics, personal training, coaching, or fitness Exercise science, kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related academic program Physical therapy, medical office, outpatient, hospital, or other patient-care environment Prior healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership, and understands that every interaction contributes to the patient's overall experience.
