West Springfield, MA Full-Time Starting at $19.00/hour, commensurate with experience Start Your Career in Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Rehab Resolutions, Inc. is seeking an energetic, dependable, and patient-focused Physical Therapy Aide / Rehab Tech to join our outpatient physical therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, or another healthcare profession who wants meaningful, hands-on experience working alongside rehabilitation professionals and interacting directly with patients. You will become an important part of the patient's experience—from welcoming patients into the clinic to supporting our clinical team throughout their rehabilitation. High school graduates and college students pursuing healthcare-related careers are encouraged to apply. Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do As a Physical Therapy Aide / Rehab Tech, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to help create an organized, efficient, positive environment for our patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the clinical team with the preparation and execution of patient treatment sessions under appropriate supervision
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and exercise stations for patients
• Support patients as directed by the treating clinician during their rehabilitation experience
• Help maintain patient flow and clinic efficiency throughout the day
• Clean and organize treatment areas and equipment according to clinic standards
• Assist with general clinic organization and daily operational needs
• Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the front desk with patient intake and check-in as needed
• Help schedule patient appointments
• Assist with collection of co-pays and other front-office responsibilities
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and clinic policies
• Communicate effectively with therapists, administrative staff, and patients

• Must be dependable and able to work a consistent schedule
