In this vital role, you will support licensed physical therapists by assisting with patient care, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a positive environment for patients undergoing rehabilitation and recovery. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare setting, contributing directly to patient well-being and recovery progress. Tech needed Mondays 1-7pm; Wednesdays 7am-7pm; Thursdays 8am-7pm Responsibilities Prepare treatment area and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, laundry, organization, and readiness for therapy sessions. Support patients during therapy activities by providing encouragement, positioning assistance, and basic manual handling as directed. Monitor patient safety during therapy sessions, observing for signs of discomfort or adverse reactions while maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. Hot packs, cold packs, estim, ultrasound Requirements Prior experience in patient service roles or practicing in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is highly preferred. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality while managing sensitive health information.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
