Iron Physical Therapy is looking for an energetic, dependable Physical Therapy Aide who loves working with people, being part of a team, and staying active. This is a great opportunity for pre-PT, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other health-related students looking to gain real-world experience alongside Doctors of Physical Therapy. At Iron, our patients aren't just recovering from injuries—they're working toward getting back to the sports, workouts and activities they love. Our Aides are a big part of that experience. You'll work directly alongside our PTs to help keep patients motivated, the clinic running smoothly and every visit feeling like the Iron experience. What You'll Do Work alongside multiple Doctors of Physical Therapy and our front desk team Welcome patients and provide friendly, positive service Help motivate and assist patients during functional exercises Prepare treatment tables and patient areas Set up and organize weights, bands, balls and other exercise equipment Review upcoming patient exercises using our clinic software Retrieve ice or heat packs as needed Keep the clinic clean, organized and ready for patients Complete detailed opening and closing procedures Occasionally assist with patient check-in and payments when needed You Might Be a Great Fit If You... Are positive, energetic and comfortable talking with people Enjoy working as part of a team Are dependable and pay attention to the details Have an interest in physical therapy, fitness, sports or human movement Enjoy encouraging and motivating others Can comfortably lift 30 lbs and spend your shift on your feet Believe in the importance of movement and an active lifestyle Previous PT Aide experience is a plus, but not required.
