Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate is a caring individual with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and helping patients on their journey to recovery.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists with patient care under supervision Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, safe clinic environment Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by the therapist Set up and clean equipment before and after use Perform administrative duties such as scheduling and documentation support Greet patients, answer questions, and provide a welcoming environment Support the clinical team with any other tasks to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a physical therapy, fitness, or healthcare setting (preferred but not required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment Organized, dependable, and compassionate Basic computer skills
