Job Description
TNT Physical Therapy is a therapist‑owned outpatient clinic in West Ashley. We're looking for a full‑time Physical Therapy Aide / PT Tech who will play a key role in extending the care our therapists provide. This is a hands‑on, patient‑facing position — not a typical "gopher" tech job. You'll help patients feel supported, guide them through therapist‑directed exercises, and keep the clinic running smoothly through organized administrative work. What You'll Do Assist patients with therapist‑directed exercises and progressions Support evaluations by reviewing our "Welcome to the Practice" folder with new patients Help patients transition confidently between treatment phases Scan documents, organize charts, and maintain accurate records Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for the next patient Follow our structured 30/30 scheduling model to maintain smooth clinic flow Communicate clearly with therapists and patients throughout the day What Makes This Role Different You'll extend clinical care , not just clean rooms or grab equipment You'll learn a wide range of orthopedic and pelvic health exercises You'll be part of a calm, organized, therapist‑owned clinic You'll have clear systems, mentorship, and professional expectations You'll make a real impact on patient experience and outcomes Who We're Looking For Mature, reliable, full‑time candidate Strong communicator with a professional, patient‑centered mindset Organized, calm, and comfortable in a clinical environment Able to learn and demonstrate therapeutic exercises CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it) Prior PT tech experience is helpful but not required Compensation & Details $17-21/hr based on experience Full‑time position Supportive training and mentorship Located in West Ashley (1904 Savannah Hwy) Why This Role Matters You'll be part of each patient's journey — helping them feel informed, supported, and confident.
