Full Job Description Key Responsibilities & Duties Patient Support:
Escort patients to treatment areas, assist with exercises as directed, and monitor patients during therapy.
Clinic Maintenance:
Clean and disinfect treatment rooms and equipment, manage laundry, and maintain a safe, organized environment.
Administrative Tasks:
Pulling and re-writing Flow Sheets. Making copies and any other tasks the Therapist may need.
Equipment Management:
Prepare equipment for therapists (e.g., ultrasound, hot/cold packs) and assist patients with mobility devices like walkers.
Required Skills and Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Observation hours are helpful.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, and assist with lifting.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication for patient interaction and working within a team.
Organization:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
Work Environment Settings:
Office-Clinic.
Physicality:
Involves significant walking, standing, and bending.
Supervision:
Operates under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
