Frisco Spinal Rehabilitation is seeking an energetic and reliable individual to join our chiropractic and rehabilitation team! The Stretch Therapist plays a crucial role in supporting rehabilitation professionals in delivering effective patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties Assist patients with prescribed stretching routines Administer supportive therapies such as vibration therapy (percussors) Set up and maintain therapy equipment Guide patients through basic rehab programs (we'll train you) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Support the chiropractor in daily patient care and clinic operations Foster an encouraging, positive, and professional atmosphere for all patients Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the doctors. Provide emotional support to patients, encouraging them throughout their rehabilitation journey. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and improvements. Skills Background in hands on therapy preferred (e.g., Prior work at a stretch facility) Outgoing, personable, and patient-focused Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow clinical instructions precisely Physical stamina to assist patients during therapy sessions, including lifting or supporting individuals as needed.
