  • Irving, TX We are seeking a Rehabilitation Aid , also referred to as a Physical Therapy Aide or Rehab Tech.
The Rehab Tech plays a supportive, non-licensed role in the Physical Therapy (PT) department. They assist physical therapists and physical therapist assistants by helping with patient care, maintaining treatment areas, and handling administrative or logistical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Our Rehabilitation Technician is a non-licensed technician, who will work under the direct supervision of a licensed PT or PTA, focusing on the efficiency, safety, and support of rehabilitation services without performing hands-on therapy or evaluations Provide Patient Support
  • Assist with therapy session preparation, transport patients safely, and observe exercises to report concerns to the therapist Prepare and Maintain Therapy Areas
  • Set up and clean treatment spaces, prepare necessary equipment, and follow infection control protocols Support Administrative Functions
  • Help with scheduling and documentation and monitor therapy supply inventory for restocking Collaborate with the Care Team
  • Communicate with therapists and nurses and assist during group therapy or mobility training sessions Uphold Safety and Professional Standards
  • Follow hospital policies, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for all patients
Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent 2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred Here are some of the benefits of working at
