This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with licensed physical therapists, assisting in delivering high-quality care in an outpatient clinic. Your dedication will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through compassionate support and efficient clinical assistance. Duties Prepare treatment areas and assist with setting up therapy equipment for patient sessions Support physical therapists by providing hands-on assistance during patient exercises and modalities Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and comfort at all times Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of therapy tools, equipment, and treatment spaces Facilitate communication between patients and physical therapists to promote seamless care coordination Skills Strong commitment to patient service and delivering compassionate care Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices Prior experience in outpatient clinics or orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable but not required Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and engage patients positively This job is well suited for an exercise science/ Kinesiology/ PTA/PT student.
