Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Aide to join our team part-time. In this role, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to assist in providing top-notch care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists with patient care, including preparing treatment areas, setting up equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Help patients with therapeutic exercises and activities under the supervision of a physical therapist. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Provide support in patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up communication. Ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition. Assist in educating patients on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies. Foster a welcoming and positive environment for patients, making their experience at our clinic enjoyable and stress-free. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and fun work environment. Other duties not listed may be assigned. Requirements for
Consideration:
Currently enrolled in a college program or planning to enroll in a graduate program, preferably with an interest in physical therapy, kinesiology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Microsoft 365 skills including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. A positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help others and contribute to a team. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary. 15-20 hours a week of availability within our business hours. Basic knowledge of human anatomy and exercise techniques is a plus.
