Job Description

ProActive Physical Therapy - Tumwater A busy outpatient physical therapy clinic is in need of an energetic aide who is ready to assist a physical therapist with clinic duties while maintaining a friendly and FUN patient environment. We are seeking someone who is people oriented, organized and a team player who can multi-task, prioritize a busy workflow while working with a diverse clientele. Must be highly dependable, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work until 7 pm. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. A degree in a related field and a desire to pursue a graduate degree in physical therapy may substitute for experience. Here at ProActive, the Aide position frequently serves as a career springboard with many of our former employees moving on to next level careers as Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Physician's Assistants, EMTS, Nurses, and Social Work/Mental Health professionals. Starting pay will depend upon experience. Responsibilities and Duties Answering phone calls, scheduling, helping with set up and take down of equipment and having friendly conversations with patients to help them feel at home. $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
