We are a busy Physical Therapy, Massage, and Chiropractic office seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in health and wellness.

Hours:

Tuesday-Friday:

9AM-1PM, 3PM-6

PM Saturday:

9AM-1

PM Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the chiropractor in patient care Scheduling patients Collecting payments Maintaining a clean and professional work environment Attend marketing events

Qualifications:

CA certification preferred Medical front desk, CA, or other medical office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Lateral thinking Sales Growth mindset ​Comfortable speaking with patients, families, and community members​ Reliable Able to multitask efficiently​ Basic computer and office software skills Positive attitude Punctual Willingness to learn
