Full-Time Schedule Monday-Friday Flexible scheduling available Four 10-hour shifts may be available No evenings, weekends, or on-call Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an established outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic in Kodiak. Experienced PTAs and new graduates are welcome to apply. The clinic offers a true 1:1 patient care model with a collaborative and supportive team. Responsibilities Provide treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. Educate patients on exercises and home programs. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation. Support patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and function. Requirements Graduate of an accredited PTA program. Active PTA license or eligibility for Alaska licensure. CPR/BLS certification. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
