Job Shift Day Category Health Care Apply Description Job Summary:
Perform patient care and complete documentation in a timely manner and within insurance guidelines. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and reasoning processes in carrying out the plan of care (i.e., appropriate decision-making skills). Assure patient charges and productivity reports are performed accurately and in a timely (daily) manner. Demonstrate organizational time management by completing work in a timely manner, utilizing available staff and resources, and not incurring any unapproved overtime. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
Experience:
New graduate accepted; experienced outpatient therapy assistant preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic computer skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must have knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level. Share job details to
