to provide high-quality home health services throughout the Eufaula, Alabama area. In this role, you will work closely with patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Hours:

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Yes, reimbursed between patient visits Key Responsibilities Follow all state-specific laws and regulations governing the provision of physical therapy services in a home health setting. Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT) and perform only those procedures for which you are trained and qualified. Provide active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, functional mobility training, ADL training, transfer training, safety training, and prosthetic training. Observe, document, and report patient responses to treatment and any changes in condition to the supervising PT, nurse supervisor, and/or physician. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members regarding therapy-related care and treatment goals within the PTA scope of practice. Deliver compassionate care in a variety of home environments while maintaining professionalism and respect for all patients regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial status. Required Qualifications Current Alabama

PTA/LPTA

license, registration, or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance. Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area. Ability to perform physical demands associated with patient care, including lifting, transferring, repositioning, and assisting with patient mobility.
