DECOMPRESSION & ADVANCED THERAPY TECHNICIAN
Bledsoe Chiropractic- Conway, Arkansas

- $15-$17/hour
MAKE A MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE
Bledsoe Chiropractic is looking for a highly teachable, compassionate and detail-oriented Decompression & Advanced Therapy Technician. This is a hands-on patient-care role focused primarily on our advanced therapies for patients with complex disc and neuropathy conditions who may be seeking conservative options in an effort to avoid surgery. You will see many of these patients repeatedly, so this is both a technical and relational position. We are looking for someone who can combine genuine compassion with exceptional precision.PRIMARY ROLE
ADVANCED THERAPY Non-surgical spinal decompression: Prepare and position patients, follow doctor-directed parameters and protocols precisely, operate equipment according to training, monitor patients, document treatments and communicate concerns to the clinical team. Disc & neuropathy patient care: Build trust with daily patients, communicate compassionately, encourage patients through difficult days and recognize changes that should be brought to the doctor's attention.Advanced therapy equipment:
After training and demonstrated competency, work with therapies such as Shockwave/SoftWave, Therapeutic Laser, Matrix/neuropathy therapy and other clinic equipment.PRECISION MATTERS
Our patients may be in significant pain and may have complicated conditions. Treatment settings, positioning, timing and protocols must be followed carefully. There is little room for error. Dependable — consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Calm and precise — remains attentive when patients are hurting or frustrated. Proactive team player — notices what needs to be done and helps without constant direction.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Previous PT aide, rehab technician, chiropractic assistant or healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We are especially interested in students, graduating seniors and recent graduates in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Pre-PT/PT, Pre-OT/OT, Pre-PA/PA, Chiropractic, Athletic Training, Biology/Pre-Health, Health Sciences or related fields.REHAB & CLINICAL SUPPORT
Secondary responsibilities may include guiding prescribed exercises, preparing treatment areas, assisting patient flow, cleaning equipment, documenting appropriate treatment information and supporting doctors and the clinical team.
