Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
This position requires the responsibility of working with a licensed Physical Therapist providing treatment in a variety of settings such as: inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, and home care patient population. The Assistant will treat any patient who has previously been evaluated and assessed by a Physical Therapist and will progress the patient's treatment as necessary. They will also be required to assist with transports and transfers of in-patients when necessary.
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
This position is a designated as "Safety Sensitive Position" under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program Licensed to practice Physical Therapy by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy Association 1 Year clinical experience is preferred for Home Health positions Licensure qualifies therapist to assess and treat the pediatric through the geriatric population with a focus toward
