Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time The Woods at Monticello | Monticello, Arkansas The Woods at Monticello is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and resident-focused Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. As a Full-Time PTA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists in helping residents regain strength, improve mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team Accurately document treatments, resident responses, and progress toward goals Educate residents and families regarding therapy programs and mobility techniques Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards of practice Foster a positive, encouraging environment that supports resident success and quality of life Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current PTA license in the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred, but not required Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Why Join The Woods at Monticello?
