Chandler Post Acute is a 3 unit Skilled Nursing facility located in Chandler, Arizona! We have a consistent leadership Team, hold each other accountable and are always seeking ways to s upport one another !

Schedule:

8 Hours Shifts Job Duties include: Provided skilled PT services in the SNF/LTC setting Work well among interdisciplinary team. Experience and passion with LTC population is preferred. Flexible - Willing to adapt to accommodate your colleagues and residents. Attitude to make sure resident comes first and we treat every resident with care! •Pay is competitive and based on experience!
