Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM (Firm)
Job Summary:
SpineHouse Chiropractic seeking a reliable Front Desk staff clinical, and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our wellness team. This position is ideal for a healthcare professional looking for a structured, part-time daytime schedule. You will play a critical role in patient intake, ensuring clinical data is accurately recorded and patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. Key Responsibilities includeIntake:
Competently measure and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration)Patient Flow:
Warmly greet patients, escort them to treatment rooms, and prepare them for the chiropractor.Documentation:
Accurately update patient charts and electronic health records (EHR) with vital signs and subjective complaints.Environment Upkeep:
Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized treatment rooms between patient appointments.
Qualifications & SkillsCertification:
Front Desk experience or Active CNA license or formal training as a Medical/Chiropractic Assistant is highly preferred.Clinical Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in accurately taking manual or automated vital signs.Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a clinical, outpatient, or chiropractic setting preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be on time and able to work the weekly shifts.Attributes:
Strong interpersonal communication, excellent time management, and a compassionate bedside manner.Availability:
Must be strictly available to work the designated schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri, 8 AM- 2 PM).
Benefits & PerksHourly Wage:
$18-20 per hour (Dependent on experience and certifications).Predictable Schedule:
We may open Saturdays in Fall & Close not decided) NO late evenings, and no Major holiday shifts.
