The proposed schedule is:
Tuesday 8:00 am- 7:00 pm Wednesday 8:00 am
- 12:00 pm Thursday 8:00 am
- 7:00 pm Friday 8:00 am
- 1:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Patient Assistance:
Assist patients with exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic activities as directed by the physical therapist. Provide guidance and support to patients during their therapy sessions.Equipment Setup and Maintenance:
Prepare and set up therapy equipment and modalities for patient use. Maintain and clean equipment to ensure proper functionality and hygiene.Clinic Organization:
Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and safe for patients and staff. Stock and communicate order supplies as needed, including exercise bands, balls, and other therapy tools.Patient Record Management:
Assist with patient record-keeping, including filing, scanning, updating electronic health records (EHR), and collecting payments.Appointment Scheduling:
Assist with scheduling patient appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of therapy sessions.Patient Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients and relay messages to the clinical team. Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients.Infection Control:
Adhere to infection control protocols, including sanitization of equipment and maintaining a hygienic clinic environment.Clinical Support:
Assist physical therapists with various clinical tasks as needed, including preparing patients for treatment and monitoring their progress.Note:
