Legacy Personnel is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract assignment at an outpatient facility in Maricopa, AZ. This is a daytime outpatient position with 40 guaranteed hours per week .

Arizona license requirements: Candidates may start with a compact license , but must obtain a permanent Arizona license immediately A permanent Arizona license is required as soon as possible for the assignment Additional ATI Requirements Candidates will be required to complete some documentation directly with ATI , outside of the AMN clearance packet, before being cleared by ATI to start the assignment. Candidates must be prepared to complete ATI's additional requirements prior to starting.
