Responsibilities:

Assist Physical Therapists with in-home outpatient treatments. Implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function. Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and PTs.

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or COTA in Arizona (or eligible). Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health related experience preferred.
