This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized care in a personal, one-on-one treatment environment across our Scottsdale and Phoenix locations . We are looking for a PTA who values patient relationships, clinical quality, and taking the time to provide thoughtful, hands-on care. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic environment Deliver individualized, hands-on treatment based on each patient's plan of care Perform therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate interventions Monitor patient progress and communicate appropriately with the supervising Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide a professional, positive, and patient-centered experience Required Qualifications Current Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing Minimum of 2,000 hours of PTA clinical/work experience Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the supervising Physical Therapist Professional, reliable, and patient-focused Comfortable treating patients at both our Scottsdale and Phoenix locations Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant Strong manual therapy skills and confidence providing hands-on treatment Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic or sports physical therapy setting Strong understanding of exercise prescription and progression Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills What We Offer Outpatient clinic environment with an emphasis on individualized, one-on-one patient care Opportunity to work across two Valley locations Flexible scheduling Supportive clinical environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding physical therapy practice Focus on quality of care rather than high-volume patient scheduling
