Job Description

Greenway Cotton Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, dependable, highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy patient-focused team. Full-Time | Monday-Saturday| $17.00-$20.00/hr + Bonus Opportunities This is not a sit-at-the-desk-and-answer-the-phone receptionist position. Our front desk is the communication and patient-flow hub of the office. You'll work directly with our doctors, massage therapists, team members, and patients to keep a fast-paced chiropractic office running smoothly. If you genuinely enjoy people, can confidently handle multiple priorities at once, and like finishing a busy day knowing you accomplished something, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide an upbeat, professional check-in/check-out experience Schedule and manage appointments for multiple doctors and massage therapists Answer phones, texts, emails, and patient questions Collect patient payments and maintain accurate account information Coordinate new-patient intake and paperwork Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office Escort patients to adjustment rooms and prepare rooms for the doctors Perform patient ledger, travel-card, and daily front-desk audits Handle records requests, scanning, filing, and other patient documentation Assist with recalls and patient follow-up Keep the front desk, patient areas, displays, and workspaces clean, stocked, and professional Track office statistics and complete assigned administrative tasks Cross-train in additional front- and back-office responsibilities as you develop in the position Who We're Looking For Back Office & Clinical Support Scan and maintain patient documentation Prepare X-ray information within office systems Perform daily and patient-chart audits Assist with patient recall programs Process voicemails, faxes, emails, and other communications Assist with MRI referrals and portal procedures Support doctors with appropriate patient documentation and office procedures Assist with exercises/ROM as trained and directed Maintain back-office closing, cleaning, and organizational procedures Assist with lead calls and other assigned patient follow-up You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with patients all day Naturally organized and able to multitask without losing attention to detail Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy healthcare environment Able to take direction, learn systems, and follow established procedures Comfortable collecting payments and discussing scheduling with patients A team player who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative Comfortable with computers, phones, texting, email, scanning, and electronic office systems Previous chiropractic or medical front-office experience is strongly preferred.
