Health insurance, PTO, and more (for eligible employees) Your Role as a Home Health PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) As a Physical Therapist Assistant in home health , you will deliver skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on rehabilitation, fall prevention, and functional mobility .Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home physical therapy services following the established Plan of Care Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs Support senior care patients in improving strength, balance, and independence Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and fall prevention Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care teamQualifications:
Active Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Current CPR certification (AHA required) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred) Strong interest in home health, rehab, and senior care Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationWhat You'll Gain:
