Permanent Physical Therapist AssistantWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality rehabilitation services under the direction of a Physical Therapist and help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities. Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and safe movement. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques. Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current PTA license as required by the state. Current BLS certification. Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and patient-care skills.
