PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Delta View Post-Acute | Antioch, CA PRN | $48-$50+ per hour | In-House Therapy Team Delta View Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery and quality of life. PRN opportunity $48-$50+ per hour , based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative in-house therapy team Work alongside PT, OT, and SLP professionals Positive and team-oriented work environment Patient-centered approach focused on quality outcomes Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and staff Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients in achieving their individualized rehabilitation goals. Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence. Promote patient safety during therapeutic activities, transfers, and mobility training. Collaborate with PTs, nursing staff, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies. Accurately document treatments, progress, and patient responses in accordance with applicable regulations and facility standards. Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Reliable and professional with a commitment to quality patient outcomes.
