We are seeking a reliable, motivated licensed 1099 Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to take over a growing, high-volume caseload located across the East San Gabriel Valley and West Inland Empire border. Are you an experienced home health PTA? You will love our highly competitive top-of-market rates and well-clustered, traffic-smart routes. Are you a new grad or new to home health? Welcome! We provide direct clinical guidance and use Kinnser EMR, which is widely recognized as the easiest software to learn. We will help you comfortably build up your caseload route at your own pace. Why contract with us?- Competitive sliding scale pay: Earn $40 to $60 flat per routine visit depending on your experience level.
High Volume Potential:
Ability to build up to 40-45 visits weekly for excellent full-time independent revenue.Clustered Suburban Routes:
We group our patients closely along major freeway corridors (the 10, 60, and 210) to minimize your drive time.Direct Access:
Skip the corporate ATS bottlenecks—you deal directly with the clinical supervisor for fast support and quick onboarding.Requirements:
- Active California PTA License (or pending license/CLEF for recent grads ready to start).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Reliable vehicle, valid CA driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Ready to begin onboarding quickly.
Pay:
