What You'll Do Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will: Implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet each patient's goals Provide safe, effective, and compassionate physical therapy interventions Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities Assist with mobility, gait, balance, strength, and endurance training Monitor patient responses and communicate changes in condition to the supervising PT Document treatments and patient progress accurately and efficiently Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress Collaborate with PTs, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Help create an encouraging environment where patients feel supported and motivated Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable California regulations and facility policies New Graduates — Don't Count Yourself Out!
