Job Description
Physical Therapist (Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem) New Graduates & PT Licensing Applicants Welcome! TOTAL Physical Therapy & TOTALLY Kids! Therapy Services is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. We have two established clinics serving the San Diego and South Bay communities, providing exceptional care to adolescents, adults, and older adults. If you're passionate about orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and helping patients achieve their goals in a supportive team environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Treat Outpatient orthopedic injuries and conditions Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation Sports injuries and performance training Gait and balance disorders Functional rehabilitation Youth and high school athletes What You'll Do Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based, hands-on patient care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, therapeutic activities, and appropriate modalities. Educate patients and families while developing personalized home exercise programs. Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation technicians to provide exceptional patient care. Complete documentation during dedicated documentation time built into the workday. Maintain patient confidentiality and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture. Bonus Incentive Program Clinicians working 32+ hours per week are eligible for our Quarterly Productivity Bonus Program , with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $4,000 annually based on caseload performance and productivity goals.
