Compensation:

$95 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength. Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement personalized care plans. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety precautions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress. Ensure all therapy equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Experience in assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance mobility and strength. Ability to collaborate effectively with physical therapists to develop and implement personalized care plans. Proven track record of monitoring patient progress and communicating changes to the supervising therapist. Skill in educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety precautions. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress. Commitment to ensuring therapy equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order. Strong communication skills to coordinate patient care with the healthcare team and optimize outcomes.
