There is an average of 36-40 hours per week. Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30- Noon and 2:00-6:30, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30-Noon and 1:30-5:30
PM Closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday Note:
Employees get one hour for lunch breakWhat You Will Need Qualifications/Work Experience Required:
Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Fundamental Computer Skills Compassion and caring for our patients Understanding Basic Medical/Insurance terminology/HIPPA. Experience in a Chiropractic office is a plus but not necessary. Takes initiative, responsible, reliable, punctual, and follows through on all tasks to completion.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively with people Must be able to use common office equipment and software application (e.g. PC, word, etc.) Must be able to be on your feet 4 to 6 hours at a timeJob Description:
- Scheduling Patients/Collection of Money
- Greet and Check in Patients/New Patient Intake
- Answering Phones
- Verifying insurance/ Insurance Billing/Coding
- Maintaining an orderly and clean work area
- Basic Clerical Duties and Office Cleanliness
- Assisting others with duties related to flow and growth of the office.
