Job Description:

We are currently seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team as a per-diem/Temp for maternity/paternity leave. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is committed to patient-centered care, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative clinical setting. Outpatient Responsibilities:

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training Perform evaluation, re-evaluation and discharge Document patient progress accurately and timely using EMR system Provide education and motivation to help patients reach their rehab goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area Physical Therapist -

Outpatient Qualifications:

Current California PT license Associate degree from an accredited PT program CPR certification (preferred or willing to obtain) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Outpatient experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply For PTA, the start date can be from November 1st until December 31st with the starting rate of $55/hr For PT, the start date can be from October 26 until December 31st with the starting rate of $70/hr

Pay:

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour
