Contract Compensation Pay Range:
$26.56-$33.20 Per HR Description This role involves supporting community health initiatives by connecting residents with wellness programs and local resources. The position requires onsite presence in El Monte, CA, with a flexible schedule for occasional weekends and evenings. Candidates should have experience in community health, outreach, and customer service. Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of one year experience in community health or related fields. Customer service experience with outreach and engagement skills. Knowledge of Medicaid/Medi-Cal, Covered California, Medicare, or Medicare Dual Special Needs Plans. At least one year of experience in marketing or social media. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus. Understanding of Medi-Cal populations and local community resources. Bilingual proficiency in English and another community language preferred. CPR certification required within 120 days of hire. Training in de-escalation and emergency procedures required.
