Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant We are looking for an energetic, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-focused, and dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Patient Experience & Communication
  • Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally.
  • Assist with patient check-in/check-out and collect payments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Scheduling & Patient Flow
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Assist with patient flow and set patients up for therapy. Insurance & Billing
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities.
  • Submit insurance claims and post payments accurately. Office Operations & Organization
  • Maintain organized patient records and office documentation.
  • Keep the front office clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Order and maintain office supplies. General Administrative Duties
  • Complete assigned tasks promptly and follow through to completion.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology.
  • Professional, positive, and calm under pressure.
  • Previous medical, chiropractic, dental, or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate:

$20.50 - $21.06 per hour
