Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant We are looking for an energetic, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-focused, and dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Patient Experience & Communication
- Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally.
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out and collect payments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Scheduling & Patient Flow
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Assist with patient flow and set patients up for therapy. Insurance & Billing
- Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities.
- Submit insurance claims and post payments accurately. Office Operations & Organization
- Maintain organized patient records and office documentation.
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Order and maintain office supplies. General Administrative Duties
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and follow through to completion.
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology.
- Professional, positive, and calm under pressure.
- Previous medical, chiropractic, dental, or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate:
