9658102-95330 Job Description Step into an exciting contract opportunity collaborating alongside dedicated professionals as a Physical Therapist Assistant, supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school environment. This position is designed for individuals passionate about empowering students through therapeutic interventions that enrich daily participation and mobility. Youll work onsite, collaborating closely with a virtual PT and aligning your schedule with the agency PT, ensuring that each student receives consistent and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions to students on your assigned caseload as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist Implement therapy plans and track students progress towards established goals Collaborate with educators and families to support students individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all California state regulations Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment for students at various developmental levels

Role Details:

Contract runs from September 8, 2026, to May 21, 2027 20 hours per week across 4-5 days, aligned with the school calendar Caseload will be assigned based on student needs Work primarily on-site with real-time virtual PT collaboration

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license/certification from the Physical Therapy Board of California (PTBC) Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) for PTAs Passing score on the California Jurisprudence Assessment Module (CA JAM) Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
